We Help You Visualize Your Dream

The oldest Architectural Practice in Pakistan was established in 1927 by the name of M/S CHISHTY BROS in Lahore with it’s office on the prestigious Mall Road. Although a humble Upstart, the consultancy soon blossomed into a large setup in the pre-partition era. The founder member Architect Moin-ud-Din Chishty (Late) and Engineer Naqi Raza Chishty (Late), with their un-reclaimed effort and hard work managed to obtain a fair share of architectural assignment and around 25% to 30% houses in new areas like Model Town and Ferozpur Road were designed by Chisty Bros.
After the partition of the subcontinent and the inception of Pakistan, the architectural practices further flourished. It could be proudly quoted that Chishty Bros was the only professional office offering architectural services in Lahore. In 1959 Chishty bros was approached by the Government of East Pakistan to design a high court building at Dhaka and the Governor House. These projects were completed in 1964.
The high court Dhaka was later upgraded to the Supreme Court Bangladesh and was nominated for the Agha Khan award for architecture 1983. The present Managing Partner, Architect Pervaiz Raza Chishty joined the consultancy in 1974, providing consistent and architectural excellence to the profession. Furthermore, expanding the scope of services. The company has a staff of 40 people with 7 architects and supportive staff of cad operators. Quantity surveyors and engineering field staff are handling an average around 100 to 110 small and large assignments per year.
